How do I know if I’m overweight or obese?
Find out your body mass index (BMI). BMI is a measure of body fat based on height and weight. People with a BMI of 25 to 29.9 are considered overweight. People with a BMI of 30 or more are considered obese. You can come in to our Gilbert Office to have your BMI measured.
